Need friendly strong lad for helping me clean up my place before my GF puts it all in a dumpster. Some demo work & moving materials. Jobs may also include pole trimming vines and trees etc. I may supply all equipment and gloves, a filter mask plus safety glasses if needed. Please be fully vaccinated and arrive wearing a mask. For outside work a mask is optional.
Please be tall (5'10+), strong, aerobically fit, alert, coordinated, good communicator and listener. Prefer a non smoker. Full payment in cash at the end of each work day, $15 \ Hr. beginning pay. If you have the right-stuff this may be ongoing. Close to public transport. Priority given to those near Emeryville and are easy to contact and communicate with.
