WANTED Lead guitarist for Folk Rock, Blues, Country, Classic Rock foursome. We are a newly formed group of mature, pro players with a solid rhythm section including lead and backup vocals. We’re seeking a lead guitarist that knows their instrument and loves to play it. Harmonies are a +, but not required. We’re looking to play out a couple of times a month here in the Santa Cruz area. Parties, casual events, outdoor gatherings, wineries’n breweries. This is a good fit for a local, pickup player that doesn’t mind scoring a gig here and there. Practice once a week, or so, on Thursday evenings in Soquel. We have plenty of gear in a full blown, plug ‘n play studio that sounds great with a second studio coming online soon on the west side. A casual attitude is great, but keeping your word and communicating in a timely manner is more important. Passive 420 is fine before or after as long as it doesn’t affect your playing or decision making, but please leave the politics and the alcohol at the door.
