WTD: Lead/Rhythm Guitarist

We need to replace our guitarist who is moving out of state!! We’re a hard working, and successful, 5-piece band - lead vox, guitar/vox, keys/vox, bass/vox, and drums. We do mostly covers including a broad range of high energy rock, blues-rock, old-school funk/r&b, soul and more, from the 60s to the 80s and beyond, all this with passion, a strong improvisational “live” feel, and a deep groove. We need a skilled, experienced guitarist with (1) first-rate solo and rhythm chops, (2) big ears to blend with the rest of the band, and (3) stage presence to connect with the crowd. Good lead or backup vocals would be a plus, but not as important as the guitar work. Most of all, we need someone who has fun working hard. We rehearse hard, play hard, and always had tons of fun with the music, with each other, and finally, with our audiences.
