Lets form a Shoegaze/Dreampop/Indie/Experimental Rock band

I want to form a band of 3-4 members with me guitarist, a drummer, bassist, and possibly a female singer. I do not want to be in one genre specifically, I want to make songs that cover everything from 90s except metal, not much of a shredder. Mostly fuzz + reverb and loud noise, different modulation effects but also very chilling psychedelic trip hop number once in a while. Any skill level is welcome, self learned guitarist here so no judgement. We will need to find a space to jam though.
