Vegans & Vegetarians Needed to Taste my Product

I created a vegan "chicken skin" and am looking for vegan/vegetarian folks to try it and give me feedback. Tasting will be held at a sushi restaurant outside of opening hours, on Sunday, Sept. 5th. You'll be given a time-slot to arrive in the late morning. I'll give you 2 versions of the skin (1 with rice, 1 without) and a 1-2 page form to fill out. The form will have a few questions to verify that you are currently, or have been vegan/vegetarian in the past. YOU MUST PASS THE VERIFICATION QUESTIONS TO RECEIVE PAYMENT. $10 plus a free meal ("chicken skin" and rice). It's not much, but it's something... and seriously when was the last time you had chicken skin?! Please, nobody with food allergies or gluten intolerance.
