Description
Developer looking or Maintenance Manager responsible for taking care of 3 commercial buildings between Gig Harbor and Bremerton. This position is part time right (20hrs +/- week) now with the possibility of full time work within the next 6 months.
This candidate must be a "Jack of all Trades" with proven skills with electrical, flooring, painting, plumbing, construction, etc. The perfect candidate would be retired and looking for extra work to stay busy.
We are looking to hire immediately and have several units needing built out now.
The pay starts at $35hr cash with no benefits.
