3 year old corgi/Chihuahua mix

My parents have a 3 year old female corgi/Chihuahua mix. She is up to date on her vaccines but not fixed. She is a sweet little girl but she is too much for my parents. They have had her for 2 year and no matter what they do they can not brake her of going potty in the house. We are looking for a good home for her and will be very picky. We will wait for the right family. Please respond only if you are serious. We will be asking for a rehoming fee of 300 to insure she is going to a good home.
