Looking for a spot to park my camper van!

Hi!! :o) I’m a 27 year old queer cis women (she / her) employed full time, and have no pets. I’m looking for a spot to park + live in my camper van come mid October, likely for a full year! I want to save money to buy a larger camper van, so I’m planning to move out of where I currently rent to just live in my van full time so I can save up money quickly. I’d like to find a spot where i’m not parked on the street, so looking for either a driveway or backyard. I would like a spot where I could use the bathroom, and have access to laundry! Would also need an outdoor outlet so I can run a lil 700 watt space heater that I have to stay warm this winter. My van has solar power for running most other things. I won’t really need to use a kitchen as I have a little sink and cooktop in my van :^) I also eat mostly un-refridgerated foods (fruits, veggies, grains), so I wouldn’t be needing much fridge space either. I wouldn’t be around a ton either, likely around 10 nights a month, as I’ll be traveling for work usually 1 to 2 weeks out of the month, and then staying at my partners house a lot when I am in town. I can pay $100 / month for the spot to park and would split utilities!
