Quilcene salmon run. Where do I go???

For the last two years I've heard there's a huge salmon run that happens on the Quilcene but I have no idea where to go. Hoping somebody local would be kind enough to share so I can catch my first salmon. Thanks in advance for any information or help I would appreciate it very much.
