Found - Blue Parakeet - Small Bird

Found a Blue Parakeet at around 6pm today, near University of Noethern Colorado. Has an ankle band. Very friendly, flew right up to us. Was able to catch it, and would love to return it to its owner. Please respond if it is yours or you know who's it is. Would like to see a picture or the ankle band number for confirmation. Thank you
