Need help with sick cat.

Have a 14-18 month old cat, took him to the vets. He seems Constipated, screams in pain while pooping. They said nothing in stool or blood work came back. Said he might have IBS. We changed foods, no luck. He can't seem to poop right. Peices hanging and leaky here and there. Can't handle it any more! Looking for a vet tech or someone who can afford to have him seen more. Next step will be he euthanized.
