Killpack Lane near Butner Rd, Beaverton OR

Description

Would you like to exchange part time help with kids for room + utilities and more? I have twin 12 year old boys every other week so the other week will be more like a roommate situation. Cedar Hills, Beaverton Every other week, help getting twin 12 year old boys ready for school, drive twice per week to private school downtown (part of carpool), drop off for sports after school (~2x / week), help with meal prep, shopping, errands. Works out to about 20 hours every other week and maybe 5 hours during the in-between week. In exchange, will provide good-sized bedroom (on different floor than boys & my bedroom) with walk-in closet plus separate (private) bath + utilities including broadband and some board (meals). Will pay $15-$20 / hour (based on experience) for any hours above 40 hours / month. I estimate about 50 hours / month as a baseline (open to more). The 40 hours / month is intended to cover rent + utilities valued at $800 / month for room + utilities incl broadband and some board. So, if you worked the baseline 50 hours per month, then I’d pay (50-40) = 10 hours @ $15-$20 / hour – so $150-$200 on top of the free rent/utilities. Some flexibility to accommodate your school or work or other app'ts when needed since I work from home and so can cover with advance notice. Every week: * Carpool - two shifts per week. Either drive to school (7:30- 9 am with pickup of other kiddos, drop-off) or pickup from school (2-3:30 pm, ditto.) You'd drive my mini-van. * Soccer drop-off twice per week - likely Tues/Thurs eve 5:30-6:30 pm. (If you can't do this schedule-wise, it's OK.) Every other week (when boys are with me): * Help to get ready for school 6:45-7:30 a.m. (I'm flexible on this if you have conflicts on certain days.) * Dinner prep 4 days / week - very simple dinners; more about routine. * Shopping, errands - few hours / week.
