We are immediately hiring Apartment Maintenance professionals for multiple positions located across the Greater Phoenix area and have many needs in the East Valley.

Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements.
• Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner
• Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair
• Manages records of activity in maintenance log.
• Works with the office team and Maintenance Supervisor (i.e., walking apartments, move-in/move-out reports, etc.). Completes work as directed and reports apartments that are ready to show to the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager.
Job Requirements:
• At least 6 months of multi-family experience is appreciated
• Required to provide own (industry specific) hand tools
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritize work functions
• A positive, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to submit and pass a background check
