Hi my name is Mohammed O. I’m a real estate investor out of state investing in Pennsylvania. I’m looking to purchase my next property in Newcastle,PA and I need a competent person to take a clear walk through video and pictures of both the interior and exterior of the property taking full note of all the defects in the property on Tuesday 08/31/2021 around 2pm @ noon. I would need at least a minimum of 40 pics & 2 walk through videos (for the interior & exterior of the property) of the rooms, bathroom, kitchen& heating and electrical system.
