Outside Team Managers = $800 Week + Daily|Weekly Bonuses In an effort to keep our communities safe, our non-profit organization is offering everyone FREE COVID-19 testing. The Tent Manager positions we have available require each Manager to set up their own Test Station (Tent) and help oversee “Self-Administered” Nasal Tests (Generally, each recipient conducts their own Covid19 test, by holding the cotton swab to their own nose on their own). 1) It is your job to ensure each test recipient administers their own nasal test correctly (15 Seconds in each nostril). 2) It is also your job to make sure that all Covid19 Test Applications are filled out 100% Correctly and that their Government issued ID matches the information on the application. Each Test Session is approximately 3-5 minutes. 🏁 THAT’S IT! 🏁 💑 REALLY 💑 Training for this job is very minimal. A quick demonstration of setting up your tent and conducting tests takes literally 15 minutes. The rest is up to you. The hard part about managing your own workstation, is keeping everything coordinated at all times throughout the day, especially when there is an influx of test recipients. But that really, being busy actually helps the work day to go by much faster. No one wants to be paid little for a lot of hard work. In turn, we are NOT trying to hire a bunch of low paid, unmotivated order-takers. We only want to hire Manager Minded individuals that want to help the community, while earning $20 an Hour with the prospect of running a team of 5 tents for $25 + Overrides within the first 30 days. We are grooming reps to become “Team Leaders” and that all start with YOU. It makes absolutely no sense to keep people at the bottom of the ladder.
