You are making a common mistaker that many people make. I realize you are trolling here but it is a good opportunity to make a point. America IS a socialism. It always has been. A socialism is when all members contribute fiscally to the greater good of the entire community. Schools, fire departments, police departments, military, public roads, state and federal public lands, Medicare, libraries, are just a few examples of services that all working Americans pay into that benefit the entire community. America is a type of socialism by design. Communism may have some similarities on paper but is not in reality. Communism is not the same thing as socialism. In communism, a dictatorship takes the majority (nearly all) of your financial resources and keeps it. The dictatorship then doles out just enough food shelter and services for an oppressed community to "live". Socialism benefits ALL. Communism opresses all but the dictators. Every modernized nation on earth is a socialism. This includes Australia, Canada, France, England, Italy, Spain, Ireland, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Switzerland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway,.. you get the picture. Pretty much, any country that you might want to live in is a socialism. Many of the countries that you would hate to live in, China, Russia, Ukrane, North Korea are communisms. Simpletons who do not know the difference try to make communism and socialism but this argument is idiotic. It was idiotic when our former president tried to make it. And its is idiotic when simple minded folks try to regurgitate the same idea. Communism and socialism being the same thing are just another Trump myth/lie. Glad I could help.
