This guy was a foster. Was paired with an abusive mate. When he arrived 3 months ago he had no tail or feathers around his neck. He’s now in better shape and looking for a forever home. He is 3 and a proven male per his previous home. Likes attention but is not hand tame. He’s very vocal- loud. I can meet you at the McDonalds in Millard off I-80. Rehoming fee applies. $50
