Wanted: Small dog

Hello, my name is Stephanie and I recently lost my little love, Rosie. She was a 6lb Maltese who died from congestive heart failure. I had her for her WHOLE life...I was not aware of the cost to go to a shelter...I thought they wanted dogs to get homes!! The silence here is deafening without her and I would LOVE to take in another small dog. I would like to see vet records as I have another dog (Great Dane) and cats. Thank you.
