Andrea Campbell claims in her television ad that "the system failed her brother". WRONG!!!!! More like her family failed. Her brother was in jail for assaulting and raping up to nine women while posing as a Ride Share driver. The system didn't fail him. He was a RAPIST! He has NO ONE to blame but himself and his family.
