I am looking for a caterer! I will be getting married next year and I want to have Italian food. Just 3 pastas and 2 proteins need to be cooked. I also need appetizers for my cocktail hour. I am not trying to break the bank on this either. It will be Buffett style so no waiters needed. If you come with some that will be fine. We can chat and make sure the food is up to my standard. My wedding is downtown Sacramento and will be held September of next year. There will be Approximately 100 people there not including myself of my husband do be and a few venders.
