NYC rock band seeks LEAD guitarist

Hey, we’re a new grunge/alternative rock female-fronted (one girl, four guys)band and at our last show we heard people say that we’re a “big act to follow” and a “best new band I’ve heard so far!” Our influences are the Cranberries, Nirvana, Garbage, Hole, Muse, My Chemical Romance, Pixies, Placebo, the Cure, etc. (90s alt mostly) that said we have all ORIGINAL kick-ass songs written! We are looking for a lead guitarist, you don’t have to be Jimmy Hendrix, you just gotta feel music, show up to rehearsals, learn songs (make up your own parts, solos and stuff) and really once again LOVE music and please don’t have a big ego. We’re nice humans and there’s really a great creative atmosphere at our rehearsals, we don’t need divas. We rehearse Sundays in Brooklyn, but double up on rehearsals before shows so you’d probably want to be available. Again, we have a dream. We want to be a great rock band. We have the songs, we look great, we know how to put on a show, people want to book us and see us play, we wanna tour and make records, so if your dream is just the same - please join us!
