BEWARE OF THIS RECKLESS WESTSIDE DRIVER

I am posting this since JSO does not consider reckless drivers whom follow and threaten people a reportable crime. Beware of this reckless driver. 2001 Burgundy Ford F-150 extended cab. FL Tag # PTH R42 White male, ~ mid 50, bad dentation (top/bottom missing teeth, severely decayed teeth). Light brown/ash hair, light brown eyes, scruffy facial hair. Very impatient spiteful driver. If he sees you laugh at him after he jumps ahead of you but then gets trapped by five cars at a red light. He will then slow down to a crawl, slam his breaks and then swerve his truck. He will bait you to pass him, but then try to hit your car. He will also follow you, which shows his mental stability. Then this man will follow you to a public place, block your vehicle, record and threaten you. States he is a 32 year CDL holder, a veteran, an upstanding citizen whom wants you the driver he followed, endangered, and then threaten to get off welfare. I guess since my skin is brown and he thought me African American, he assumed I was on welfare. Which is a senseless way of thinking since there are more white/caucasians on welfare than the combined other minorities. He will fire off his parting insult, then speed away recklessly.
