Riverview Terrace Apartments is a 30 unit building in Dayton and we're looking for a skilled individual who can rehab units (flooring, plumbing, drywall, cabinets, bathroom, etc) as well as do general maintenance. The pay is $20/hr and the job is full time. Having tools and a truck preferred. Please be drama free and be able to be on time. Please include a contact number with your application.
