**I am in North San Diego, but would be willing to travel to Temecula for the right project.** Hi there, I’m a 40 something year old bass player looking for a new band. I have stage and recording experience. I’ve been gigging around San Diego for the last 10 years or so. I’ve been a part of 3 albums in that time, one of which was nominated for a San Diego Music award for best Rock album. I enjoy the recording process and consider myself a half decent engineer. I have pro gear and am reliable and responsible. I am looking for an original band. Nothing against cover bands, I just love creating, recording and gigging our own music. Some of my influences are the Grateful Dead, Led Zeppelin, the Black Crowes, Stones, Beatles, the Band and Built to Spill. I’m looking for something along those lines, preferably a band with strong vocals. I’d be open to a new start up if the situation is right or an existing band. I’m available 1 to 2 nights a week for rehearsal and would like to gig 1 or 2 times a month. I’m in North County and am willing to drive 30 min or so for rehearsals. I also have a studio at my place which could be a possibility for rehearsals and recording in the future.
