Description
I recently left a very successful project because the lead singer estimated his value above the rest of the band. He negotiated thousands for festivals and specialty shows and paid us $100 per show. He then had the balls to subcontract our band out to other Nashville artists as a “backing band”. He negotiated big dollar contracts while we did all the work and made peanuts.
Lead singers disease and greed are killing the music scene in Iowa. Go be a solo artist if you can’t understand the concept of team, otherwise you are just exploiting the talent around you for money.
