seeking helper to assist with various tasks preparing a home for sale

I am preparing a house for sale and need a helper who is willing to do a variety of tasks. Tomorrow, Sunday, I need help planting some small plants, placing mulch, watering down walkway, minor yard cleanup, washing down the balcony porch. I imagine this wouldn't take more than a few hours. After yard help is complete, I have plenty of other tasks I need help with, like packing some kitchen items, moving boxes and taking things to my truck and to storage. Painters are coming Monday. I need to clear out the kitchen of unnecessary items from the counters. If you have a truck, that's a bonus as I need to move stuff to my storage throughout the week and I will likely have more than what fits into my truck. If you have any handy skills or experience, please identify them. I need a variety of things done around the house as I am preparing my house for sale. I need things done like minor painting, paint touch up, recaulking. I am looking for someone to work from about 12pm -6 every day from tomorrow, Sunday through Friday. Of course, you can take breaks, but if you end up spending 20 minutes in the bathroom every 2 hours, or needing to take a smoke break every 2 hours, this isn't the job for you and your job will end sooner than you think. I have a lot to do in a week and quite frankly am tired of lazy ineffecient unreliable people who simply don't have any motivation or sense of responsibility. If you want to get paid, then you need to show up every day for a week. For this reason, I will pay for your time at the end of the week. If I find you are not working out, then I'll pay you for the time you stayed at the end. If I find you to be frequently on your cell phone while working, that will be your last day. If you need to take care of some business, then please do so on a break. You must have paypal, venmo, or cashapp. No, I will not be paying in cash or check. Don't even ask. If you work from 12-6, I expect you will have already eaten before arriving. One 'winner' I hired lately, literally arrived at 11:30, only to tell me he was starving and needed to east at noon, and then he expected me to provide lunch. You are expected to bring your own snacks and/or food. Sure, you can take time to eat when you are hungry,and rest when you need to rest, but if it's more than a 15 min break to eat or get food, that time will not be included in your work hours unless you start earlier than noon or stay into the evening, through dinner time, and earn a lunch or dinner break. PLease email your name, availability, confirmation that you have venmo paypal or cashapp, a working phone, a car, and list any particular skills if you have any. Please also note if you have a truck and are able to help carry boxes. If you have a back injury, or chronic fatigue syndrome, or are a wimp, this isn't the job for you. I would like a motivated, strong healthy helper who has their act together and wants to be my helper for a week. Thanks for your interest.
