We are a growing residential house cleaning company looking for high quality house cleaners to join our team! We specialize in the Somerset and Middlesex County and surrounding neighborhoods. Because of our great reputation, inquiries for our services are always pouring in, and we would like to hire and train as soon as possible. We are looking for candidates who possess honesty, professionalism, integrity and who can self-manage successfully. Candidates MUST have a smart phone, possess reliable personal transportation, live within or near our service area, and be able to pass a background check. We are looking for both full time team members. Hourly training wage is $15.00 per hour for an 8 week training period. A review and a raise can be expected after 8 weeks of exceptional work. Applicants with previous house cleaning experience and who display proficiency will start at a higher hourly rate and have an expedited training period. Other compensation include tips. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour to start Requirements: - Valid driver's license - Car with insurance - Clean record (No DUIs and no theft, etc) - English / Spanish - Detail oriented - Pride in your work - Balance quality with speed - Positive attitude - Physical job active all day with light lifting (less than 20lbs) Benefits: - No nights - No holidays - Paid weekly - Paid mileage (.75 for each mile for drivers) Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Day shift Supplemental Pay: - Tips COVID-19 considerations:
