There's a trailer on El Monte Cove in Bullhead and there's a usually a white car parked there they have the cutest black German Shepard puppy he's always outside all day every day in the heat his water dish sits in the sun all day. He's still young maybe under 6 months not too sure the owners one of being a fat old guy and the other younger they are so mean to that puppy and yell at him when all he wants I'm sure is to play they I'm pretty sure they are abusing that dog as well too. The animal shelter does nothing here and the women there seem like they don't like their job too much! That dog needs to be taken away from them and given a good home who will love him and care for him properly. I don't know what to do best time to see them is very early mornings from when the sun comes up to about maybe 8 in the morning and evenings. The dog is always outside though
