Outbreak Under the Sea: A Halloween bouldering competition for climbers across Florida hosted by The Knot Climbing Gym. Climbers wanted: Undead or alive! Join us at The Knot Climbing Gym on October 23rd for a zombie-prom-themed bouldering competition. Whether you're crushing V1's or sending V12's, all levels of climbers are welcome. Competitors will have two hours to complete as many problems as they can and rack up points based on their difficulties. We'll have some sweet vendors set up outside for food, coffee, and other merch (vendor and sponsor list TBA). The Knot will open at 8:00am and the first climbing time slot starts at 8:30am. Time slots for climbing will continue until 6:00pm. Winners will be announced at our zombie-prom-afterparty at The Backyard, a local bar just down the street from The Knot. All attendees who came out for the comp get a free drink, woohoo! Competition winners will receive cool prizes from our sponsors and be crowned on our zombie prom court. The afterparty will begin at 7:30pm. Don't want to compete but still want to party with us and get the chance to win some free stuff? Everyone is welcome to join us at The Backyard for our coronation ceremony, costume contest, and other games and giveaways. Due to COVID-19 restrictions and regulations, MASKS ARE REQUIRED throughout the entire comp and afterparty. Capacity inside the gym for spectators may be limited but feel free to enjoy the outside vendors and our afterparty at The Backyard.
