someone left pet fish + crabs on curb, desperately need love & care

there's a big fish tank with very tiny crabs and a few very beautiful looking fish on Cool Springs Dr N. They've been left out in low, murky water. still alive and deserve to be taken and loved by anyone. am just a walker who lives in the neighborhood and saw them, they are obscured under a wooden bed frame mattress thingy (2 people or one strong person could easily move it) so you might not see them at first as it's on top of them. i have no way of bringing them home myself and don't know what else to do so i hope someone else might rescue them from their situation. :-(
