Join us for an elemental ecstatic dance at the breathtaking Dune Pennisula, surrounded by the Puget Sound and Mount Rainer. Tune into the DJ and collective group energy through wireless headsets, as you are free to dance, move, meditate, and play around the park. This event is highly heart activating, and offers full mindbody + soul alignment. Ecstatic Dance is a freeform sober dance movement — also known as conscious dance! Elevate to an ECSTATIC state via sound and movement therapy. Featuring live DJs, tea lounge, tarot, and areas for meditation + massage + yoga. Encouraging everyone to be and move as they wish, while holding space for healing and transformation to take place. Offering a safe creative container, to freely express oneself, process all the feels, and enjoy some amazing music with vibrant souls! Outdoor SILENT DISCO @ Dune Pennisula at Point Defiance Park - 5361 Yacht Club Rd, Tacoma, WA 98407 Event Flow: 4:45p - Event opens for check in 5 - 5:20p - Opening Circle | Drop In Meditation 5:20 - 7:20p - Music Magic 7:20 - 8p - Sound Bath | Closing Circle Silent Disco: MUST BRING AN ID TO CHECK OUT A HEADSET. Everyone will receive a pair of headphones, which will all be tuned to the DJ's channel. Dance around and be free in the beauty of nature! No one outside of the headsets can hear the music. Sound Bath: Be sure to bring warm layers to get cozy in. Sound bath is received laying down and can get a little chilly after dance. Please Bring: - Water container - Healthy drinking water provided! - Wear comfortable clothes for movement - Expect to sweat! - Suggested: Journal, crystals, or anything you enjoy meditating or manifesting with. Blankets, mats, SNACKS, kites, etc! - Flow toy's and skates welcome - No fire spinning.
