This class is for local youth looking for a fun workout, new skills, self-discipline, common respect, and connecting with other peers! Kids Warriors is an Interdisciplinary Martial Arts class to enhance skills, cardio, flexibility and strength within the martial arts. Panthers Gate Warriors will study a variety of disciplines from karate and kung fu to juijitsu and kempo and tai chi or qi gong. These classes are adaptable for any level from beginners to advanced students and will go over many of the basic movements and foundational training for all martial arts. This class is solely for youth and will include fun workouts, skills for discipline, common respect, and connecting with other peers.
