Dim Sum is back! Enjoy a smorgasbord of different dumpling styles every weekend. Reserve a table ahead of time so you don't miss out on Colorado Sake's Dim Sum brunch menu. The $10 reservation fee will count towards your order at the taproom.You don't need a reservation but DimSum fills up fast! Styles will rotate every now and then but expect variations of the following: Shrimp Wonton, Pan Fried Gyoza, Pork Shumai, Potato Danshaku Croquettes, Spicy Tuna Meatball, Crab Chz Mango Wantans, Pork Soup Dumplings and Tumeric Squash and more... We are Colorado's only sake brewery/taproom. We've got all kinds of flavors for every type of pallet. From our Shochu (Collaberation with Ironton Distillery), to our American Standard, and every infusion you can think of we've got your sake fix. We take the process into our own hands right in-house and we love to educate curious minds. We want to show you what it's like to be Colorado's only Sake Brewery/Taproom! Drop on by!
