Lost phone at The Fair

I lost an LG Stylo 6 phone with a red exterior see through case. The phone has a few cracks on the back and I lost it at the Western Idaho Fair. Even though the phone is not very valuable, the information on it is extremely valuable to me. Somebody retrieved it, but refuses to answer any calls. If you or anyone you know found this phone, tell them to do the right thing and please return it, email me with any details, turn it in to either the carrier, or the expo building at the fairgrounds.
