Join us for our Annual BBQ, a Cupertino tradition, at the beautiful and historical Picchetti Winery on October 1! The Cupertino Historical Society + Museum’s Annual BBQ Fundraiser, “A Sip of History!” will take place Friday, October 1, 2021 at Picchetti Winery in Cupertino. This fun, family-friendly event focuses on honoring members, volunteers and local businesses who have been supporters of our organization, while highlighting exhibits and educational initiatives of the Historical Society and Museum. This year’s event will feature Interactive Panel Discussion with Joyce Cali-Kelley, Vic Cesena, and Gail Fretwell-Hugger, wine-tastings and a live auction. This fundraiser is our main source of funding for the year and has become a beloved tradition in the community.Sponsorship Opportunities Available! The mission of the Cupertino Historical Society and Museum is to preserve and illuminate Cupertino's past, to inspire our youth, strengthen the sense of community, and shape a better future by making Cupertino history relevant and available to all. We have been bringing stories of our local history into the classroom and community organizations for over 51 years. History in Cupertino is being made every day and is constantly evolving. Our purpose is to capture and share this history with our community. We are a nonprofit organization.
