LEASE AVAILABLE 1 or 2 days a week Haflinger mare. 5.5 yrs old and stands about 14.2H (thick and can carry ~200lb rider) Sound, easy to catch. Good groundwork. Walk, trop, lope under saddle (if she hasn't loped in a while she can throw a crow hop). Stands still for tacking. Direct reins. Responds well to leg pressure. Friendly personality. She has done some jumping and been to a hunter pacer ride. Trail rides alone or with others. Can be ridden bareback. Available for on-site lease in Stillwater. Indoor arena, big outdoor arena and direct access to Pine Point Park and Gateway Trails. Western tack available for use. She has ridden English but I don't have English tack. Rosie is not a beginner’s horse but is suitable for a confident/advanced rider. Rosie's downfall is she can be a bit spooky, usually jumps to the side but feeds off her rider. Email for more details.
