In-Phase Agility Training (Women Only)
This is an exclusive class for women. The class gives women an opportunity to bond, enjoy the outdoors together, and of course exercise. Instead of the typical "Push-Up", "Sit-Up", and "Jumping Jack" class, clients will have the opportunity to try something new. This class is fun, unique, and a positive experience.
