Deck refinish

Description

We need our deck refinished. It’s a deck that is even with the ground just outside our sunroom and currently has peeling paint. We would like it sanded and painted with an outdoor deck paint or stain. We need it done ASAP as we are selling our home and have an offer from someone with an FHA loan. 12 1/2 feet wide by 11 1/2 feet at its widest point, it has like a 30° angle it at the front of it. Some wood uneven, it would be a bonus if someone is maybe able to straighten some of the wood out (but probably not necessary). People with experience in refinishing decks only please.
