Let's Make Cactus Planters at Thunder Coffee 09/15!!!

Make and decorate a cactus 3x3 cactus planter with Midwest Mud. Join us for a two part class at Thunder Coffee 09/15 & 09/29 from 7-9pm. Join Midwest Mud at Thunder Coffee Wednesday, September 15th from 7-9pm and hand build a 3x3 cactus planter. Instructor Amber Myszka will walk you through step by step on how to build your very own cactus themed planter. Worried that you know nothing about clay? No worries, this class is for all skill levels.(kids under 10 should be accompanied by an adult.) *You should note this is a two part class and will need to return on Wednesday, September 29th 7-9 to add a splash of color with some underglaze. Once you are finished we will take your work back to our studio were they will be fired for a final time. Midwest Mud will notify you in one weeks time when your work is ready to be picked up. Tickets are $45 to make one planter. Beverages (alcoholic and not) and snacks will be available for purchase * If you would like to have your work shipped to you no problem. Choose the ship my work add on before you check out. Founded in 2009, Midwest Mud is a collection of work made by artist Amber Parsons Myszka. As she has traveled on her creative journey, Amber has found herself enamored with spreading the joys and tribulations of creating with ceramics. Aside from creating her own body of work Amber engineers a variety of classes that not only speak to those well versed in the work of clay, but to those that wish to engage themselves creatively.  Beyond the classes that have been scheduled,  studio rentals and educational programs are available upon request with prior reservation.
