Anyone down to make a band/play for fun

Hi guys! Now that Gainesville seems to be alive again I was wondering if there is anyone down to make a band or just play for fun. I play mostly the bass. I'm not a pro or even close to it so the goal is to just have fun and grow as musicians playing some covers or even some mediocre originals I guess. I like bands like MGMT, Cage the Elephant, Smashing Pumpkins, Artic Monkeys, Paramore. I can play other genres if needed. I'm a student so I'm usually busy during the week. If you are between 20-30 years that would be ideal. Hit me up if interested!
