Presenters are to include; * Legal Aid Society * Oceanside Neighborhood services * County of San Diego Rental Assistance program *Southern California Rental Housing Association. This will be an educational workshop for Landlords and Tenants. During the event you will learn what your rights and obligations are as a landlord while operating under COVID-19.
