She was about to run into Kaliste Saloom traffic and did not hesitate to run into my arms as she was terrified. She looks to be a rat terrier...and has a little mark on her forehead that if you identify she will be surrendered to you. I just could not let her run out into traffic and will take very good care of her during this storm. She is safe and I bought her food and treats. Text me at if you think she is your pup.
