Vinyasa, Fun Flow Leading into a Slow, Still Yin Style with Live Music to take you on a journey like no other! Welcome to goodnees :) Love being social? Love treating your mind/body well? Love live music? Now you don't have to choose; have a wholesome night that both you AND your friends will look forward to at The Barn in hip Plaza Midwood. Enjoy your practice starting off with an upbeat flow to get the blood and energy moving! The second half of class will embody a grounding series with longer holds to allow that new energy to settle in, leading into a juicy savassana. All awhile you will be taken on a LIVE, specially curated musical journey through the evolution of a deep creative state to a restorative state of BEing. These event are based on a “learning by doing” approach, focused on reflective practices and insightful methodologies. Our intent is to reconnect with ourselves and our environment. Throughout the events, a variety of concepts and practices will be brought out and collectively worked on. We aim to create a space where individuals come together to grow into themselves, their environment, and the world.     Our Vision:​To see a world habitually driven to be mindfully aware and emotionally intelligent.
