The NC Honey Festival's 2021 Charity Pancake Supper, benefiting The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. This year's pancake supper will be a drive-through/pick-up only event on Tuesday, September 7th from 5 - 7:30pm; at Central Missionary Baptist Church located at 443 West Virgil Street In Whiteville. We are recognizing World Suicide Prevention Day which is observed annually on Sept 10th. Our 2021 beneficiary is The American Foundation of Suicide Prevention (https://afsp.org/chapter/north-carolina). TICKETS: Tickets are $5 each and can be purchased at Flavas Clothing Store (1616 S Madison Street #F) in Whiteville or Families First (121 W Main Street) in Downtown Whiteville. On Tuesday, all supporters of the charity pancake supper will receive a plate of pancakes and sausage (non-pork and non-meat alternatives while supplies last), literature about the beneficiary they are supporting, suicide prevention information, and a purple wristband to wear on Friday, September 10th, in observance of World Suicide Prevention Day.
