WINE FUNDAMENTAL CLASS: From Grapes to Wine Do you want to learn about wine, but don’t know where to start? We can relate. At one point, we struggled to find the best starting point for our wine education journey! So, we’ve designed the Wine FUNdamental series to be entertaining while still educational. You'll learn how varietals, regions and the process shapes a wine’s character. In this class, we'll cover the 6 regions: Napa Valley, Washington, Oregon, Bordeaux, Rhone Valley and Tuscany. Class includes a discussion, tasting flight of 6 wines and food pairing. You'll learn how to smell, sense and taste aromas of the wines to better understand the intensity of the varietal by the region.
