If you’ve been wanting to lose weight for quite some time and you aren’t sure where to start? THIS is your starting point! All workouts will be beginner friendly and I’m here to answer ANY questions you may have regarding diet & exercise! The workouts performed are a perfect balance of both cardio & strength training targetting the entire body. NO equipment needed just bring some high energy & cold water to stay hydrated (this is an outdoor class)!
*Tickets are $10.00 per individual HOWEVER if you bring a friend with you there is an option to purchase 1 ticket for $15.00 to cover the both of you!
*REFUND POLICY: For any reason you’re unable to make the class contact me prior to the class time & I’ll be more than happy to issue a full refund for the amount of your ticket(s).
*You are REQUIRED to sign a one time waiver prior to the start of class releasing my team & I from any injuries or illness that may be caused during class time. By signing this waiver you take full responsibility for any injury or illness that you may endure while participating in this class.
