Join The Mindful OT and Acumantras, as you embark on journey of healing through use of mindfulness, yoga , acupuncture and sound healing.
A blended multi sensory experience of yoga & acupuncture.This class will provide a deep centering experience that fosters physical and emotional balance.
A mindfulness based gentle yoga practice to promote the clearance of energetic blockages. This will be followed by a long and deeply relaxing 30 minute savasana with an acupuncture treatment while on the mat, intended to bring deep healing and balance. Acupuncture needles will be inserted in some of the most balancing, restoring and deeply healing points on the body.
When yoga and acupuncture are paired in a session, you can enhance and deepen the practice by accessing the body systems on an energetic level creating an uninterrupted, very powerful flow of healing energy. Essential oils and sound bowl healing is incorporated to induce a meditative state that will leave you feeling like relaxed and recharged.
Space is limited. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to register upon arrival.
