Sweet handsome young Foggy Leggy Rooster needs a new home

Here's the deal...up until last week, we thought we had a sweet Leghorn pullet/hen named "Foggy Leggy". Then she started crowing, and we realize now we have a sweet cockerel/rooster. Likely around 4 months old, he is part of the flock that also hangs with our cat and two small dogs. We would keep obviously him, but we live in the City of Phoenix limits, so we cannot have roosters. He has been raised on organic feed and love. We want him to go to a nice place to live that allows roosters. 6 pack of beer would be a fair trade.
