Small adult female dog needs rehoming

I have a small brown female chihuahua that needs rehoming. She’s 9 years old. She is an aggressive dog. I can’t seem to get her to change her behavior. I have tried, but can’t seem to help her over come her fear of people. BUT she is a very sweet and active doggy if you get to know her.
