Hello I need a illustrator or graphic designer to draw a picture I drew better than I have. I am looking for a certain type of drawing style for this actual image it is a cartoon character. If you use photoshop, or adobe illustrator or any other drawing software that is fine too. It could be in color or in black and white. I need it done before Tuesday.
